11th April

Join Sandra for this full day workshop on Botanical watercolour.

Be inspired by the Sculpture parks textures and fauna as you delve into the creative process with Sandra.

Journal workshop with Sandra

This practice promotes mindful engagement with natures and enhances understanding of plant biology, fostering a deeper connection with nature. By consistently journaling, we learn more about the natural world through observation and enquiry.

Once we have really looked at a tree and its parts and drawn it and written about it, it becomes more than something we walk past. It becomes part of our memory and knowledge bank.

Sunday 12th April

For this workshop participants will need to bring their own materials.

Book in for both Journalling and Botanical Workshops

An introduction making your own book: exploring basic binding techniques

In this workshop you will learn how to easily create unique handmade books using binding techniques that don't require specialist tools. You’ll come away with two unique handmade books that can be used as a personal diary, or as an album to house photographs, letters, favourite recipes or other mementos, or given as a gift for someone else to fill.

Materials will be supplied but you can also bring along any paper or card to use as part of your own book.
