The Portal Project 2025
This large format wood sculpture was created over 29 days to create a portal from the conifer trees that were destroyed by Cyclone Gabriel in March 2024.
The project was structurally secured to ensure this magnificent piece of art will remain for years to come.
Portal represents the rebirthing of one’s own experience, of one’s own consciousness - Marcus
